Okay, I think I should explain myself on this one -

I was chatting to Rubit and she suggested that mywheats/Melwheats get together with NQNwheats/Baywheats and have “Wheatley couples nights,” complete with party games. I said mywheats/Melwheats would just bicker constantly and Rubit replied that they’d be like Milhouse’s parents in the Simpsons, referencing this scene from the show.

I just had to parody it. It made me laugh too much not to! 8D

Exactly half a year late, a very Merry Christmas to Baysalt, who requested a male P-body and Atlas. I may or may not have taken the concept a little further than she intended. Femme!male!P-body is very not amused by butch!Atlas’s uncomfortable brotastic teasing. Femme!male!P-body is just that attractive in a tutu. Halfway through coloring it, the painting kind of went a bit Degas. Oops.

A human Wheatley sculpey!  I used NQN’s Wheatley design because it’s so awesome and I love his giant balding bobble head.

By far the best thing I’ve ever made out of sculpey, though I still have a ton to learn.

And unlike every other thing I’ve made… I’M KEEPING THIS ONE FOR MYSELF!

My and Smoogle’s webcomic, Flashover, has finally launched!

It’s a supernatural action/romance with a little bit of comedy. It has all sorts of great things like guns, monsters, guitars, and gays. Wow doesn’t that sound great??

The news of my assignment was met with a nerve-wracking combination of unbridled excitement and absolute terror— your Wheatley has been one of my favorite (if not my very favorite) Wheatley designs pretty much ever since I joined the Portal fandom because he’s so lively and versatile. All of your art is a huge inspiration to me, and you’re just a really nice and funny gal, so I wanted to try my hardest and show my appreciation for all you’ve done in this fandom.

I’m sorry for taking so long and deciding to go way overboard at the very last minute, but regardless, I really hope you like it!

omg where do I even start!!  The painting is absolutely GORGEOUS, and using different palettes to show the three different stages of him in the story omgsdjhfsdfds.  I love how they also relate to his emotion and how the colouring is all soft in the top two and it’s a lot more contrasty in the corrupt!wheats one aaahhh I’m gonna explode, this is BRILLIANT.  THE SHADING ON HIS HAIR ESPECIALLY OOOHHHH *-*  And those folds!!  Also also omg I really love how you did his mouth in the top left one aheeehehehe.  His face is SOOO full of emotion in all three as well!  AND THE WHOLE COMPOSITION AND CONCEPT GAAHH I’m kind of in love with this picture haha oooomg

Pregnancy Cravings

Okay, so they’re not actually snuggling or being all lovey-dovey, but it’s a testament to a relationship that has survived four pregnancies by this point, with all the unreasonable demands it puts on both parents at very random and unexpected times.

In some cultures, it’s believed that a mother’s cravings tell you something about the personality of the unborn baby, and to not indulge them means that it will be a miserable, colicky baby when it’s born. I just thought that was interesting. :)

Also, it was the most requested ship in my ask.

A figurine I did for a friend’s birthday. Not-Quite-Normal’s human Wheatley design. Made of Super Sculpy and tinfoil, painted in metalic paints. The back in colored wrong since this was juust before the official reference came out. I’m still happy with how he turned out.
